When and where do you deliver?

We deliver within 1 mile radius (within W11) of the restaurant FREE OF CHARGE 7 days a week.

Deliveries to London outside of the 1 mile radius but within 3 mile radius will incur a charge of £15. This includes the following postcodes:

A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for all Easy Fish orders.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are very welcome to collect your order from our restaurant, we will contact you once your order is ready for collection.

Do you do same day delivery or collection?

In very rare circumstances we might be able to prepare your order earlier, please contact us either by email or telephone.

I won’t be home when my order arrives – what shall I do?

We do ask that someone is in to receive and store your order upon arrival due to the perishable nature of the fish.

If you realise that no one will be available to receive the order, please give clear and specific instructions in advance – either in the notes section when placing your order, or via one of the channels below – as to what you would like to happen to your order (e.g. concealed on property, left with a neighbour, returned to the restaurant). Instructions to leave items somewhere other than with a person at the delivery address are given at the customer’s own risk.

Please be aware that instructions to deliver the order to a new address or to be returned to the restaurant may incur extra delivery charges.

In the event that we attempt to deliver as arranged but without success, extra charges may be applicable to the return of the order to the restaurant. Since your order contains fresh fish and needs to be re-delivered at a later time or date, we will have to prepare any fresh items from scratch and you will be liable for the cost of both the new and undelivered items.

Restrictions: We are not able to send any fresh fish outside of Greater London.


How do I return my order?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of fresh fish items. Please contact us within 2 hours of receipt of your order if there are any problems with your order.
